Remote control center allows operator to run tests on ACM and pneumatic starter fixtures. Contains industrial computer system which measures and displays air flow rates.
ACM Starter Console
Model D38384
Tests pneumatic components with air flows of up to 27 pounds per minute at 300 psi. Six calibrated orifice sections provide high accuracy for a wide range of flows. The data acquisition system's computer calculates the air flow for the orifice section being used. Stand is designed for air pressures as high as 2500 psi. Low pressure testing is accommodated by an on board vacuum pump.
Pneumatic Bench
Model D38327
Steel construction with base mounted vacuum pump. Allows testing of pneumatic valves under simulated altitude conditions.
Vacuum Chamber
Model D37988
Consists of test console which interacts electrically and pneumatically with the valve fixture. All air flows can be controlled from the console. An air operated clamping system allows quick and secure fastening of the valve to the pneumatic ductwork of the fixture. A multi-orifice air flow measuring system, pneumatically controlled throttling valves and quick disconnect pressure ports are part of the unit.
