Electrically driven cart provides three separate hydraulic circuits, each with it's own controls, gauges, flowmeters, etc. A rotating beacon on cart roof illuminates when system is operational. Static pressure capability allows easy leak detection for aircraft systems or components.

| Test cart is designed to provide a portable means for cavity leak testing. The unit supplies carefully regulated air or vacuum to the cavity under test and allows precise monitoring of pressure or vacuum changes occurring in the cavity. This allows leakage testing to be performed without jeopardizing the aircrafts structural integrity. |

Typical of many of our carts, this cart has features that are not readily available on "off the shelf" hydraulic carts. Cart can be controlled from up to 45 feet away via remote terminal. A data acquisition system is built into this cart allowing pressure, temperatures and flows to be accurately monitored and stored. Two independent hydraulic systems, each capable of 12GPM at 3500 PSIG, provide means to test, fill, or filter two systems simultaneously. |
