This test cart is designed to control air pressure for the leak checking of aircraft hydraulic systems. The simple to use test cart allows the operator to set air pressure and overpressure setpoints (digital control). An integral air amplifier and receiver boost air pressure to 430 PSIG max. Pressure is regulated electronically to the four air
circuits. The cart is of welded stainless steel monocoque construction. There are five different hoses on retractable reels (located at the rear of the cart) as well as an on-board air filtration system.
The test cart is designed to control air pressure to as many as 4 separate circuits for the purpose of leak checking of the aircraft hydraulic systems.
