High-Speed Generator Test Stand Model D39076

This test stand is designed for high speed generator testing. The 250 HP drive motor is stepped up to 30,000 RPM on the main skid. Separate load bank, oil and air modules provide resistive/reactive load, lubrication and cooling to the unit under test.

A programmable logic control (PLC) system, in the control console (right photo), is used to operate the test stand via touch screen. High speed instrumentation and LabVIEW software package capture and log test data.VA.
