F100 Nozzle Step Response Test Stand Model D39257

This test stand is designed for the purpose of testing new and overhauled F100 fuel nozzles. Model 39257 is equipped with a gear pump capable of supplying 4 GPM at 1000 PSI of MIL-PRF-7024 Type 2 to the unit under test (UUT).

Model 39257 is equipped with an industrial touchscreen panel PC and a high speed data acquisition system. A National Instruments high speed data acquisition card capable of taking 1,000,000 samples/second. A custom software program written in LabVIEW® enables automated triggering and plotting capabilities for pressure vs. time to measure the step response over a 20 millisecond window.
